Networking, however, requires strategy. Without a strategy, potential networking relationships will not materialize into opportunity. This program is designed for individuals who desire to get ahead in their career or make advancements with their entrepreneurial enterprise and will support participants by identifying how networking can be used as a means for scaling their impact and creating new opportunities for partnerships.

Whether you are grappling with past or present traumas or undergoing a major life transition, this course is designed to give you practical skills that you can use to help build resilience and foster courage. This course is also incredibly effective for individuals preparing to engage with a therapist. Each session is designed to engage participants in some element of practice-whether it is mindfulness practice or therapeutic writing.

Specifically, research identifies courage as a critical characteristic for overcoming trauma-related stress as well as developing problem-solving coping strategies, socially supportive interactions, as well as self-care habits after potentially debilitating life experiences. Because courage is necessary for developing resilience in the face of hardship, it is important to understand what aspects of courageous action lead to this resilience.
By the end of this 10-session course, you will have the foundational skills necessary for addressing life’s challenges. This course is all about identifying courageous actions through mindful practice, therapeutic writing, volunteerism, and community accountability.
